Process Of Our Makeup Services

At Nando Beauty, before performing any service, we require you to submit a consultation form to ensure you get the look and style you want.

Our Terms & Policies

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT METHODS

The date of the service will be reserved after a 50% Deposit is received via Zelle, Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo and/or signing a contract. There are no refunds on paid reservations in case of cancellations. We as service providers block dates for each reservation, preventing other people the ability to book in that space

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

Cancellation notice must be given 30 DAYS before the service (No refund of the reservation deposit). However if the makeup artist cancels the service for any reason there will be a full refund made to you

CONSULTATIONS

A consultation form will be given to you, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to submit your consultation form or i will be unable to perform the service.

THE DAY OF THE SERVICE

If the client is dissatisfied, the client receiving the service must say so before the makeup artist and/or hairdresser leaves where the service was performed. We are available to perform the service as many times as necessary for the client to be satisfied. If nothing is said to the makeup artist or hairdresser and they have already left the premises, it is understood that the client is satisfied and happy with the service we provided.

BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES

You will be asked if it's okay to take a before and after picture for my portfolio and website advertising, if you are uncomfortable with your picture being taken, please let us know.
